Relating to Nature
2020

The Relating to Nature series explores how environmental artists respond to the climate crisis through their creative work. This ongoing project begins with looking at the pollution crisis in Thailand and how Bangkok-based artist Ruangsak Anuwatwimon draws on scientific research to examine species that are now endangered due to habitat destruction. He discusses his ideas, processes and how he feels compelled to raise awareness to the subject of pollution and habitat destruction through his work, and the difficulties faced in doing so.
